The Strathwood Lounge is ideal for lounging around the pool, back yard or deck. The back features a 5 position adjustment for upright seating, very relaxed seating or completely flat seating. A very handy tray slides to either side or can rest below the chaise when not in use. For more comfort, add a chaise lounge cushion. This sturdy chaise lounge is easily assembled with an adjustable wrench and the supplied allen wrench. The entire chaise is made of eucalyptus which is an all-weather wood that is dense and durable. Eucalyptus requires no finishing and will not rot when left outdoors, whereas rain and sun will damage other lesser quality woods. Left untreated, eucalyptus will weather to a soft warm shade of gray similar to the weathering of teak. Sturdy mortise and tenon construction provides the highest quality joinery that will last for many years. Looks can be deceiving... : Strathwood Basics Hardwood Chaise Lounge
While the lounge chairs we received looked good and we have received compliments, they have ruined the cushions that we purchased to go on them. The stain has come off of the chairs ruining the concrete deck below them and the cushions that were $100 a piece that go on them. What an absolute mess. There is stain on my Brand New cushions and on the pool deck below them that we are unable to get out. Do Not Buy These Chairs! I am now having to start over with chairs and cushions. What an absolute disappointment!
